Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards in all guest areas, including lobbies, corridors, and public facilities
- Assist guests with luggage, directions, and special requests promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure timely resolution of facility issues
- Monitor and restock amenities in public spaces to ensure guest convenience at all times
- Perform daily inspections of assigned areas to identify and report maintenance concerns
- Support event preparations and venue setups for special functions and activities
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Contribute to sustainability initiatives through responsible resource management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or customer service roles
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid work permit for Indonesia (if applicable)
- Familiarity with Balinese culture and tourism industry preferred
- First aid certification is advantageous
