Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, kitchens, and public spaces
- Support food service operations through efficient dishwashing, glassware polishing, and utensil maintenance
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for seamless operational workflow
- Manage inventory and restocking of cleaning supplies and materials
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and resort protocols
- Assist in deep cleaning projects and special event preparations
- Report maintenance issues and equipment malfunctions promptly
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in stewarding or housekeeping within hospitality industry
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25kg
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of sanitation standards and cleaning procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shift schedules
- Valid health and safety certification preferred
