Tanggung Jawab
- Clean Guest Rooms: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas to ensure a welcoming and hygienic environment.
- Bed Making: Strip and remake beds using hotel-quality linens, ensuring they are crisp, neat, and aesthetically pleasing.
- Restock Amenities: Replenish guest amenities such as toiletries, soap, and drinking water to meet guest expectations.
- Public Area Maintenance: Dust, vacuum, and polish common areas including hallways, lobbies, and restaurants to maintain a high standard of appearance.
- Trash Management: Empty waste bins in rooms and public areas and replace liners regularly.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report any damaged furniture, plumbing, or electrical fixtures to the supervisor immediately.
- Laundry Support: Assist with sorting and delivering freshly laundered linens and towels to guest rooms.
Kualifikasi
- Physically Fit: Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods while performing cleaning tasks.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic; ready to work on a daily or temporary contract basis.
- Appearance: Neat, clean, and professional appearance suitable for a hospitality environment.
- Basic Skills: Knowledge of standard cleaning products and equipment usage is a plus.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively in English or Bahasa Indonesia with colleagues and guests.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure no corner is left unclean.
