As a Barback, you play a pivotal role in the success of our bar operations. You will be the unsung hero behind the scenes, ensuring that our bartenders have everything they need to serve exceptional drinks to our guests. Responsibilities:
- Assist bartenders with drink preparation and dispensing.
- Keep the bar area clean, organized, and sanitized at all times.
- Prepare garnishes, ice, and basic ingredients to speed up service.
- Restock bottles, glassware, and bar supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure seamless service flow.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
