Tanggung Jawab
- Stock and maintain bar inventory, including spirits, mixers, garnishes, and glassware
- Assist bartenders in preparing beverages and maintaining a clean, organized bar area
- Ensure all bar equipment is properly cleaned, sanitized, and in good working condition
- Collect and wash glassware, utensils, and bar tools according to sanitation standards
- Monitor and replenish bar supplies throughout shifts to prevent service interruptions
- Assist with receiving and storing inventory deliveries
- Support bartenders during peak hours by providing efficient service and maintaining a smooth workflow
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding alcohol service, safety, and sanitation
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a barback or in a similar support role in the hospitality industry preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with bar staff
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a refrigerated environment
- Basic knowledge of beverage preparation and bar operations
- Excellent customer service orientation and professional demeanor
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
