Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring all guest inquiries are handled with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area throughout the shift, adhering to strict hygiene and safety standards.
- Accurately manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions and handle cash/card payments efficiently.
- Monitor guest consumption to ensure responsible service of alcohol and maintain a safe environment.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless workflow and high-quality guest satisfaction.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menu items, seasonal specials, and bar promotions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Bartender, preferably in a beach club, restaurant, or high-end bar setting.
- Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, spirits, and beverage trends.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
- High level of integrity, punctuality, and a proactive work ethic.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to provide personalized guest service.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Valid grooming standards and a professional appearance.
