Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, coffee, and fresh juices, following established recipes and standards.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner, taking orders, making recommendations, and ensuring an excellent bar experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Manage bar inventory, assist with stock ordering, receiving, and rotation to minimize waste and ensure adequate supply levels.
- Accurately handle cash and process card payments using POS systems, reconciling daily sales.
- Adhere to all local and company regulations regarding alcohol service, ensuring responsible beverage consumption.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless guest service.
- Uphold the high standards of quality and service expected by Casa Luna Group and Honeymoon Guesthouse.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Bartender, preferably within a hotel, resort, or reputable bar setting in Bali.
- Comprehensive knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktail recipes, drink preparation, and presentation.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests.
- Strong command of English (both verbal and written); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a significant advantage.
- Ability to work efficiently and calmly in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure.
- A positive, proactive attitude and a strong commitment to teamwork.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as a daily worker.
- Understanding of basic inventory management and POS system operations.
