- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards
- Provide exceptional customer service, including making recommendations and engaging with guests
- Manage bar inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware and equipment
- Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems accurately
- Upsell food and beverage items to enhance guest experience and increase revenue
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to all health, safety, and liquor regulations
Kualifikasi
- Previous bartending experience, preferably in a hotel or high-volume establishment
