Join Accor as a Daily Worker - Bell Driver and become the cornerstone of exceptional guest experiences at our Tambora location. In this dynamic role, you'll be the first point of contact for new and returning guests, setting the tone for their entire stay through personalized, attentive service. Your responsibilities will include assisting with luggage, providing warm welcomes, and ensuring seamless arrivals that reflect Accor's commitment to hospitality excellence. You'll maintain pristine entrance areas, coordinate with concierge teams, and proactively address guest needs to create memorable moments. Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and assist all arriving guests with luggage and transportation needs
- Provide personalized service to create memorable first impressions
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of entrance areas and lobby spaces
- Coordinate with front desk and concierge teams for seamless guest transitions
- Proactively address guest inquiries and requests with local knowledge
- Assist with valet services and vehicle management as required
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management immediately
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or similar role preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physically capable of handling luggage and standing for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of Jakarta attractions and transportation systems
- Service-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if driving required)
