Minor Hotels, the prestigious group behind the world-renowned Anantara brand, is seeking a dedicated and energetic Daily Worker - Bellman to join our team in the heart of Ubud, Bali. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their arrival and departure experiences are seamless, welcoming, and reflective of our luxury standards.

You will be responsible for providing exceptional service, managing luggage, and offering insights into the local culture and attractions that make Ubud a world-class destination. Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
- Handle guest luggage with care, ensuring timely delivery to and from guest rooms.
- Maintain a spotless and organized lobby and porte-cochere area at all times.
- Provide guests with accurate information regarding hotel facilities, amenities, and local tourist attractions.
- Assist the Concierge team with errands and guest requests as needed.
- Ensure that all guest interactions are conducted with the highest level of professionalism and luxury hospitality standards.
- Report any safety or security concerns to management immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of high school diploma or vocational school certification in hospitality.
- Previous experience as a Bellman or in a Guest Service role within a luxury hotel or resort is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, welcoming, and helpful attitude.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a distinct advantage.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting luggage and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent knowledge of the Ubud area and its cultural offerings.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
