Tanggung Jawab
- Process cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Ensure the cash drawer is balanced at the beginning and end of every shift.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests and resolving payment inquiries promptly.
- Assist the service team with food and beverage orders and ticketing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming checkout area.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policy.
- Report discrepancies or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor immediately.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent certificate.
- Previous experience as a cashier or in retail/hospitality is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Reliable, honest, and able to stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to undergo basic training.
