Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Manage cash drawers and ensure all funds are balanced at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily financial reports to the management team.
- Greet customers warmly and provide professional assistance with inquiries or complaints.
- Collaborate with floor staff to ensure a smooth transition from order placement to payment.
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier workspace in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Upsell promotional items or loyalty programs during the checkout process.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational degree in Hospitality or Accounting is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Cashier or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong proficiency in handling cash, credit card terminals, and POS software.
- Excellent numerical skills with high attention to detail.
- Polished communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Reliable, honest, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
