- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and provide accurate information about food and beverage ingredients.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Deliver orders to tables promptly while maintaining high standards of food presentation.
- Perform table setting, clearing, and side-work duties to maintain restaurant cleanliness and hygiene.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with professional composure and a problem-solving mindset.
- Coordinate efficiently with the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth service operations.
- Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in Hospitality or related fields.
- Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or hotel environment is highly preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a cheerful and service-oriented personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
- Good command of basic English is a plus.
- Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be based in or willing to commute to the Bandung area.
