As a Daily Worker, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring that every guest receives exceptional service while contributing to the efficient operation of our kitchen and beverage station. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting, enjoy multitasking, and have a genuine love for coffee culture and culinary excellence. You will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction from Monday to Friday.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee beverages according to shop standards.
- Execute simple menu preparation and cooking tasks efficiently while maintaining hygiene standards.
- Provide friendly and attentive service to all guests to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, kitchen area, and dining space.
- Manage customer orders accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Follow all health and safety protocols during food and beverage preparation.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a coffee shop, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of basic cooking techniques and food safety practices.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently on a Monday–Friday schedule.
- Highly disciplined, energetic, and a strong team player.
- Ability to remain calm and productive in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid certification in Food & Beverage handling is a plus.
