Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to established recipes and menu standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen workspace at all times.
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and rotation following food safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen brigade to ensure timely food service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and report ingredient shortages to the Head Chef.
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, peeling, and portioning.
- Contribute to menu development and creative plating ideas.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety protocols within the establishment.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Cook, Commis, or similar role in a restaurant or hotel kitchen.
- Strong understanding of professional cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
- Possess a valid certification in Food Handling or relevant culinary education is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for culinary arts.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and shifts as required.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a diverse team.
- Reliable, punctual, and highly disciplined work ethic.
