Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare, cook, and present food according to Reload Sanctuary recipes and standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment at all times.
- Assist with food preparation, chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients.
- Follow strict food safety and hygiene protocols (HACCP) during cooking and serving.
- Monitor stock levels of ingredients and notify management of any shortages.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use.
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure timely service.
Kualifikasi
- No formal culinary qualification required; entry-level candidates are welcome.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn new cooking techniques and follow instructions precisely.
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity for food handling.
- Fluency in English is a plus; Bahasa Indonesia is required.
