Moonface Restaurant is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Daily Worker Cook to join our dynamic culinary team in the heart of Seminyak, Bali. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our daily kitchen operations, focusing on pizza preparation and general cooking duties. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook pizzas and other menu items according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized kitchen workspace at all times.
- Assist senior chefs with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and plating dishes.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as pizza ovens, mixers, and slicers safely and efficiently.
- Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management to minimize waste.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations set by the restaurant.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen or culinary environment is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices.
- Ability to stand and move around the kitchen for extended periods.
- Strong ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items or stand for long shifts.
