Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook menu items according to standard recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure all food preparation stations are clean, organized, and fully stocked before and during service.
- Adhere to strict food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations (HACCP standards).
- Collaborate effectively with the head chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow.
- Monitor food inventory levels and report shortages to the supervisor.
- Maintain equipment performance and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Assist in recipe development and presentation improvements as requested.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a commercial kitchen environment (hotel or restaurant).
- Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of various cooking techniques and equipment operation.
