Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to the resort's standardized recipes.
- Ensure kitchen stations are kept clean, sanitized, and organized at all times.
- Assist the Head Chef with daily food preparation and mise-en-place.
- Monitor food stock levels and ensure proper storage to minimize waste.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols strictly.
- Collaborate with service staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
- Maintain equipment performance and report any maintenance needs promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Cook or Commis Chef, preferably in a boutique resort or hotel.
- Strong understanding of professional kitchen operations and food hygiene standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Commitment to sustainability and responsible sourcing.
- Relevant education in Culinary Arts or related hospitality certifications is a plus.
