Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to the resort's standardized recipes.
  • Ensure kitchen stations are kept clean, sanitized, and organized at all times.
  • Assist the Head Chef with daily food preparation and mise-en-place.
  • Monitor food stock levels and ensure proper storage to minimize waste.
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols strictly.
  • Collaborate with service staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
  • Maintain equipment performance and report any maintenance needs promptly.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as a Cook or Commis Chef, preferably in a boutique resort or hotel.
  • Strong understanding of professional kitchen operations and food hygiene standards.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Commitment to sustainability and responsible sourcing.
  • Relevant education in Culinary Arts or related hospitality certifications is a plus.
