Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook food items according to standard recipes and quality specifications.
- Manage the hot kitchen station, including grill operations, ensuring all dishes are cooked to perfection.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, sanitation, and safety throughout the workstation.
- Ensure efficient mise-en-place and food preparation prior to service.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management.
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and report any maintenance issues to the Head Chef.
- Adapt to varying kitchen demands during peak service hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cook, specifically in Hot Kitchen or Grill sections.
- Possess a solid understanding of professional kitchen operations and food handling procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume service.
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude toward learning and growth.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and HACCP standards is preferred.
- Able to join immediately.
- Based in or willing to relocate to the Badung, Bali area.
