- Prepare and cook various grilled dishes according to established recipes and quality standards
- Operate and maintain grill equipment safely and efficiently

- Manage inventory of grill ingredients and supplies
- Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hot kitchen and grill station
- Adhere to food safety standards and proper storage procedures
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a cook or kitchen staff, preferably with grill expertise
- Knowledge of various grilling techniques and methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
