Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes on the menu, with a specific focus on authentic pizza creation from dough preparation to baking.
- Ensure all food items are prepared to Moonface Restaurant's quality standards, portion sizes, and presentation specifications.
- Operate and maintain all kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills, and fryers, safely and efficiently.
- Manage inventory of ingredients, reporting low stock levels and assisting with ordering to minimize waste.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Cook or Pizza Maker, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant or hotel environment.
- Strong knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and culinary procedures.
- Demonstrable expertise in pizza making, including dough preparation, topping selection, and oven operation.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain composure during busy service periods.
- Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP principles a plus).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required by business needs.
- Living in or willing to relocate to Seminyak, Bali, or surrounding areas.
