Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces according to SOP standards
- Perform detailed cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing high-touch surfaces
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper storage and functionality
- Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols while handling cleaning chemicals and waste disposal
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate cleaning schedules and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors immediately
- Support special cleaning projects during high-traffic periods or seasonal events
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in housekeeping or hospitality cleaning role
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and sanitation best practices
- Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) precisely
- Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring standing, bending, and lifting
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and proper usage
- Attention to detail with focus on maintaining consistent quality standards
- Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
