PT Nandava Consultants is currently seeking a professional and energetic Daily Worker (DW) Waiter to support our high-profile hospitality operations in Tabanan, Bali. This is a specialized, short-term deployment for a high-traffic event requiring exceptional service standards, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
As a DW Waiter, you will represent our agency and the venue by providing seamless service to guests. We are looking for candidates who can hit the ground running, maintain composure under pressure, and ensure every guest has a memorable experience. This is an excellent opportunity for hospitality professionals looking to supplement their income with high-value, temporary work in one of Bali's premier locations.
The shift is confirmed for May 22, 2026, from 13:00 to 22:00. Candidates must be reliable, punctual, and strictly adhere to venue grooming and service standards.
Tanggung Jawab
- Welcome and seat guests with professional etiquette and a friendly demeanor.
- Execute precise table service, including food and beverage delivery, following fine dining standards.
- Maintain clear and efficient communication with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
- Manage table maintenance throughout the event, including clearing plates, refilling drinks, and resetting cutlery.
- Handle guest requests and resolve minor service issues with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Assist in event setup and post-event cleanup duties as directed by the floor supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Waiter, Server, or F&B attendant in a hotel, resort, or restaurant setting.
- Strong command of English, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with international guests.
- Exceptional grooming and personal presentation standards.
- High level of reliability, discipline, and punctuality.
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
- Strong team player with a positive 'can-do' attitude and stress tolerance.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems or ordering workflows is an advantage.
