PT Nandava Consultants is looking for a dedicated and energetic Daily Worker (DW) Waiter/Waitress to join our team for a high-priority event in Tabanan, Bali. This is a fantastic opportunity for hospitality professionals looking for flexible short-term work in one of Bali's most vibrant areas.
As a DW Waiter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests receive world-class service. We are looking for individuals who are professional, well-groomed, and capable of maintaining a high standard of service under pressure. This role is specifically for a one-day commitment on the 4th of the upcoming month. Successful candidates will be expected to arrive on time, act professionally, and assist with all aspects of front-of-house operations to ensure the event's success.
Tanggung Jawab
- Welcome and greet guests with a warm, professional, and friendly demeanor.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them to tables promptly.
- Assist with event setup, including table arrangements, cutlery polishing, and linen preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area throughout the event.
- Provide menu recommendations and handle guest inquiries regarding food and beverage options.
- Manage clear communication with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Assist in the clearing and resetting of tables to prepare for incoming guests.
- Uphold company service standards and health and safety regulations at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar waiter/waitress role.
- Possess a neat, clean, and professional appearance.
- Strong communication skills in Indonesian (English proficiency is a plus).
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle the physical demands of event service.
- Strong time management skills and punctuality.
- Friendly, proactive, and positive attitude towards guest service.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be available to work on the specified date (the 4th of the month).
