Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and repair resort facilities including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure operational efficiency
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless resort operations during peak seasons
- Adhere to safety regulations and maintain clean, organized workspaces
- Assist in developing maintenance schedules and inventory management procedures
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports for management review
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in engineering or maintenance within the hospitality sector
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Certification in relevant engineering fields preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks and work in various weather conditions
