Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily maintenance and repairs on resort facilities including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and mechanical equipment
- Conduct routine inspections of property infrastructure to identify potential issues and implement preventive measures
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff across resort departments
- Assist in installation, troubleshooting, and calibration of technical systems and machinery
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, inventory records, and safety documentation
- Collaborate with housekeeping, landscaping, and security teams to coordinate facility operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental standards for sustainable operations
- Support special event setups and technical requirements for resort functions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance, engineering, or technical support roles
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Valid technical certifications (e.g., electrical, plumbing, HVAC) preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Physical capability to perform manual labor and work in outdoor environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer literacy for documentation and reporting
