Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure efficient transport of food and beverages from the kitchen/bar to guest tables.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations throughout the shift.
- Assist waitstaff with table clearing, resetting, and restocking service supplies.
- Monitor dining areas to identify and address guest needs immediately.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timing.
- Provide friendly and professional support to all team members to ensure seamless service flow.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Service Runner, Waiter, or similar role in the hospitality sector is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent certification.
- Energetic personality with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderately heavy items.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia for effective communication.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
