We are looking for an energetic and efficient Food Runner to bridge the gap between our kitchen and our guests. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the seamless flow of service, ensuring that every dish reaches the table with precision, style, and speed. As a Food Runner, you will be the final touch in our guest experience. You will collaborate closely with kitchen staff and servers to ensure that all orders are served promptly, accurately, and in accordance with our high service standards. You must have a keen eye for detail, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to navigate a busy floor while maintaining a positive attitude.
Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guest tables accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure order readiness and correct table placement.
- Assist servers in maintaining table presentation, including clearing empty plates and refilling water.
- Support the kitchen team by communicating guest special requests or feedback immediately.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety within the workspace and dining area.
- Ensure all condiments and cutlery are properly stocked for seamless service.
- Handle guest requests with professionalism and a welcoming attitude to enhance the beach club experience.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Food Runner, Server, or in a fast-paced F&B environment is preferred.
- Excellent physical stamina to remain active and on your feet throughout your shift.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
- Professional grooming standards suitable for a premium beach club atmosphere.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Understanding of basic food safety and hygiene protocols.
