Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver food and beverages from kitchen to guest tables efficiently and accurately
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff for timely order fulfillment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of food service stations and dining areas
- Assist with table setup, clearing, and resetting during service periods
- Handle guest inquiries regarding menu items and service timing
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols consistently
- Support inventory management of service supplies and equipment
Kualifikasi
- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong physical stamina for extended standing and carrying trays
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
- Customer service-oriented with friendly, approachable demeanor
- Punctual and reliable with consistent attendance
- Knowledge of basic food safety practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
