As a Host, you are the face of our venue. You will be the first point of contact for our international and local guests, setting the tone for an unforgettable beach club experience. We are looking for someone who can maintain a warm, welcoming atmosphere while managing high-pressure situations with a smile. Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and provide professional assistance.
- Manage guest reservations and walk-ins to ensure optimal seating efficiency.
- Provide guests with information regarding menu items, promotions, and club facilities.
- Collaborate with service and kitchen staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Maintain the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the entrance and reception area.
- Handle guest inquiries or concerns with patience, diplomacy, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Assist in managing guest flow during peak hours and special events.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent (Vocational Hospitality degree is a plus).
- Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Well-groomed appearance with a friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure in a high-volume environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
- Experience in a restaurant, bar, or beach club setting is highly preferred.
