Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly welcome and register all guests with genuine hospitality
- Efficiently manage reservations, seating plans, and waitlists
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for seamless dining experiences
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly
- Process payments accurately and maintain transaction records
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of guest areas and reception
- Assist with event coordination and group bookings
- Uphold brand standards and health/safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or customer service
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English; Bahasa Indonesia fluency essential
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Knowledge of reservation systems (e.g., F&B POS)
- Problem-solving mindset with conflict resolution skills
- Valid work permit for Indonesia
