Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage guest seating arrangements and maintain an organized waiting area.
- Assist with taking reservations and answering incoming calls and inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to coordinate service.
- Provide information regarding the venue, menu, and local attractions.
- Ensure the reception and service areas are clean and presentable.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues with professionalism.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and busy environment.
- A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems.
