As a Daily Worker Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring our properties maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation. Your efforts will directly impact guest satisfaction, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for visitors from around the globe. We offer a competitive hourly rate of Rp 16.760 to Rp 20.000 per hour, depending on experience and performance. This casual position provides excellent work-life balance and a supportive team environment where your dedication is highly valued.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, restrooms, and outdoor spaces according to established standards.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replace used towels with fresh, clean ones.
- Replenish essential guest amenities and cleaning supplies in a timely manner.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, mop floors, and clean windows or mirrors.
- Inspect rooms and report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to management.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and chemical products are handled and stored safely and properly.
- Respond politely and professionally to guest requests, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience as a housekeeper, room attendant, or villa cleaner is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with high standards for cleanliness and organization.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- Physical stamina to handle active, hands-on work, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and early morning shifts.
- Good communication skills; basic English is a significant advantage for guest interaction.
- Currently residing in or within easy commuting distance of Badung, Bali.
