We are currently seeking a meticulous and dedicated Daily Worker Laboratorium to join our professional clinical team. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine and specialized laboratory testing on various biological samples.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instrumentation according to manufacturer guidelines.
- Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and biosafety protocols.
- Accurately record, document, and report analytical results in the Laboratory Information System (LIS).
- Manage inventory of laboratory reagents and consumables to ensure uninterrupted services.
- Collaborate with doctors and nursing staff to ensure prompt delivery of diagnostic results.
- Participate in quality control activities to maintain laboratory accreditation standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile work environment at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Medical Laboratory Technology (ATLM).
- Possess a valid and active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi).
- Minimum 1 year of clinical laboratory experience; fresh graduates with strong internship records are welcome to apply.
- Strong technical skills in blood collection (phlebotomy) and sample processing.
- Proficiency in operating modern hematology, chemistry, and immunoassay analyzers.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a hospital environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Flexible and willing to work in shifts as required by the hospital schedule.
