Tanggung Jawab
- Manage complete linen lifecycle: collection, sorting, washing, drying, pressing, and distribution
- Operate industrial laundry equipment efficiently while maintaining safety protocols
- Inspect all linens for quality, damage, and stains; report issues to supervisor
- Maintain organized linen storage with proper inventory control systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping teams to meet villa-specific linen demands
- Process guest laundry requests with priority handling for VIP accommodations
- Adhere to hygiene standards and sustainability practices in all operations
- Assist in deep cleaning of laundry facilities and equipment maintenance
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality laundry or linen operations
- Physical ability to handle heavy loads and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of fabric care, stain removal, and laundry chemicals
- Strong attention to detail with quality inspection capabilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills for team coordination
