In this role, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency, ensuring that every guest experience is seamless. You will manage the flow of hotel linen, coordinate laundry services, and act as the primary point of contact for housekeeping requests. We are seeking a candidate who is energetic, reliable, and possesses a strong sense of urgency to maintain our high standards of excellence.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the daily distribution and collection of hotel linen and uniforms.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records of all linen assets and amenities.
  • Coordinate with the laundry team to ensure timely cleaning and replenishment of supplies.
  • Serve as the primary telephone operator for Housekeeping service requests.
  • Efficiently log guest requests and dispatch the appropriate staff to fulfill them.
  • Inspect linen quality to ensure it meets the hotel's strict cleanliness standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in the linen room and office.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or vocational school (SMK) in Hospitality.
  • Previous experience as a Room Attendant, Linen Attendant, or Telephone Operator is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with a clear speaking voice.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS) is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Positive attitude, grooming standards, and a strong customer-service mindset.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a significant advantage.
