Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems across the property.
- Perform timely repairs and troubleshooting for electrical panels, lighting, water pumps, and HVAC systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests or property management, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Manage basic plumbing tasks, including leak detection, pipe repairs, and drain maintenance.
- Coordinate with the management team regarding inventory needs for spare parts and essential maintenance supplies.
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety standards and operational protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment and properly document all repair activities in the daily logbook.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as an MEP Technician, Building Maintenance Staff, or a similar role (hospitality/villa management experience is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, plumbing systems, and general mechanical maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
- Flexibility to work on a daily worker basis, including weekends or shifts as required by property needs.
- Physical capability to perform manual labor and handle heavy maintenance equipment.
- High school diploma or vocational certification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
