Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and assist in the production of various bakery products and pastries according to recipes and standards.
- Maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness in the bakery workstation and storage areas.
- Operate bakery equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist with the decoration and presentation of pastry items to ensure visual appeal.
- Monitor stock levels of ingredients and inform supervisors when supplies are running low.
- Follow all food safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Kualifikasi
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor tasks required in a bakery setting.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards is preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
- Previous experience in a bakery or food service environment is a plus but not mandatory.
