Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare and stretch pizza dough according to traditional recipes and strict quality standards.
  • Assemble pizzas with precision, ensuring proper ingredient distribution and consistency.
  • Operate and manage wood-fired or professional ovens to achieve perfect crust texture and flavor.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with the kitchen team to ensure timely order fulfillment during peak hours.
  • Monitor ingredient freshness and assist with inventory management and preparation of fresh toppings.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as a Pizza Maker, Pizzaiolo, or Commis Chef in a reputable restaurant.
  • Deep understanding of pizza dough fermentation, hydration, and stretching techniques.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene, food safety protocols, and cross-contamination prevention.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts.
  • Energetic, proactive, and a strong team player with a positive attitude.
  • Good communication skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
