In this role, you will be the guardian of our guest experience at the poolside, ensuring a pristine, safe, and relaxing atmosphere for all our visitors.

Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the pool area, including deck surfaces, furniture, and surrounding pathways.
- Monitor and test pool water chemical levels regularly to ensure safety standards are met.
- Arrange and organize pool towels and sun loungers for guest comfort throughout the day.
- Proactively assist guests with pool-related needs and provide information on hotel facilities.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and operational regulations at the poolside.
- Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions promptly to the engineering department.
- Assist in setting up and clearing poolside events as requested by management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in Hospitality is a plus.
- Mandatory: Strong swimming ability and comfort working in and around water.
- Previous experience in a hotel or resort environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
- Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in an outdoor, tropical environment.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
