Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily cleaning tasks including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing all swimming pools and water features.
- Monitor and maintain correct chemical levels (pH, chlorine, etc.) to ensure water safety and clarity.
- Inspect and clean pool filtration systems, pumps, and associated equipment regularly.
- Conduct minor repairs on pool tiles, grout, and fixtures as needed.
- Log chemical readings and maintenance activities in the daily reporting system.
- Ensure the pool deck and surrounding areas are tidy and free of debris.
- Collaborate with the engineering and landscaping teams to maintain the overall aesthetic of the resort.
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols regarding chemical handling and guest safety.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in pool maintenance or a similar role within a resort or hotel setting.
- Strong knowledge of pool chemicals and water balancing techniques.
- Physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in tropical weather conditions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as a Daily Worker.
- Basic understanding of pool pump systems and filtration mechanics.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor suitable for a luxury resort.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in the Bali hospitality sector is highly preferred.
