Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional guest service in alignment with Raffles luxury standards.
- Handle incoming guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and grace.
- Coordinate with various hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
- Ensure workspace cleanliness and adherence to health and safety protocols.
- Assist in the smooth execution of daily operational tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Provide personalized recommendations and support to enhance the overall guest journey.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; Diploma in Hospitality Management is a plus.
- Proven experience in a luxury hotel or customer-facing role is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, guest-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a composed demeanor.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Impeccable grooming and presentation standards consistent with the Raffles brand.
