As a Runner, you are the backbone of our floor operations, ensuring that every guest receives their order promptly and that our dining space remains impeccably maintained.

Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of food and beverage orders from the kitchen/bar to guest tables.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas to maintain a clean, organized, and inviting atmosphere.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and floor servers to ensure order accuracy and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor dining areas continuously to proactively address guest needs, such as refilling water or clearing finished plates.
- Support the team during peak hours by maintaining high energy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
- Uphold PISON GROUP’s standards of cleanliness and food safety protocols at all times.
- Assist with basic opening and closing duties as required by the floor manager.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in Hospitality is a plus.
- Prior experience in a restaurant or cafe runner role preferred but not essential for high-energy candidates.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry heavy trays safely.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts as required.
- Basic understanding of professional grooming standards and hygiene practices.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a collaborative team environment.
