As a Steward, you will play a crucial role in supporting our kitchen and service staff, ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience amidst the stunning coastal views. You will be responsible for washing dishes, maintaining kitchen sanitation, and managing waste disposal to keep our operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in maintaining a pristine workspace.

Tanggung Jawab
- Wash, clean, and sanitize dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment to maintain strict hygiene standards.
- Keep the steward's room, storage areas, and kitchen floors clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Assist in the proper disposal of waste and recycling materials in a timely manner.
- Support the culinary team by performing basic food prep tasks and supplying necessary equipment.
- Report any maintenance issues, shortages of cleaning supplies, or safety hazards to management immediately.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude and assist other staff members as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Steward or in a similar cleaning/kitchen support role is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks (lifting moderate loads).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and order.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Availability to work daily shifts as required.
- Basic understanding of health and safety standards in food handling.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, beach-side environment.
