Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure all kitchen equipment, cutlery, and crockery are cleaned and sanitized to standard.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and kitchen workspaces.
- Assist the culinary team with basic food preparation tasks when required.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling processes according to hotel health and safety policies.
- Monitor chemical stock levels and report any shortages to the supervisor.
- Ensure all kitchen surfaces and floors are kept clean and free from hazards.
- Support colleagues during busy periods to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education level: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is preferred but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong understanding of hygiene and food safety standards.
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Discipline, punctuality, and a positive team-player attitude.
- Able to follow instructions precisely and work with minimal supervision.
