Are you looking to kickstart your career in the premium hospitality industry with one of Bali's most exciting culinary destinations? Syrco Base (JSE), located in the cultural hub of Gianyar, Bali, is seeking a dedicated and energetic Daily Worker Steward to join our back-of-house team.

As a Steward, you will play a vital role in maintaining the foundation of our kitchen operations: sanitization, safety, and health. Under the guidance of our culinary leaders, you will ensure that all dining ware, kitchen equipment, and preparation surfaces are kept spotlessly clean and organized. This is an incredible opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a world-class, high-standard culinary environment while working alongside passionate hospitality professionals.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Ensure all kitchen equipment, utensils, and tableware are thoroughly washed, sanitized, and stored according to strict hygiene standards.
  • Maintain the absolute cleanliness, safety, and organization of the dishwashing area and food preparation zones.
  • Manage the proper and safe disposal of kitchen waste and recycling materials in compliance with environmental policies.
  • Adhere strictly to sanitation, safety, and health (HACCP) guidelines at all times.
  • Safely operate and maintain commercial dishwashing machinery, promptly reporting any technical issues to supervisors.
  • Monitor, manage, and safely store cleaning chemicals and sanitation supplies.
  • Assist the culinary team with basic kitchen support tasks and stock organization during peak service hours.

Kualifikasi

  • Prior experience as a Kitchen Steward, Dishwasher, or Kitchen Helper in a restaurant or hotel is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen sanitation procedures, chemical safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Physical stamina and strength to stand for long periods and lift kitchen loads safely.
  • Strong discipline, punctuality, and a high sense of responsibility toward cleanliness.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced culinary environment.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Flexibility to work shift schedules, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
