Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure all kitchen equipment, cutlery, and dishware are cleaned and sanitized to company standards.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and kitchen floor.
- Assist the culinary team with basic food preparation tasks when required.
- Properly store and organize cleaned kitchen tools and service equipment.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols strictly at all times.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling processes efficiently.
- Support the team during peak dining hours to ensure a smooth workflow.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of high school education (SMA/SMK).
- Prior experience in a kitchen steward or dishwasher role within a hotel or restaurant is preferred.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to perform physical tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
- Good team player with a positive attitude.
- Understanding of basic food safety and hygiene regulations.
