As a Steward, you will be responsible for the sanitation of all kitchen equipment, washing utensils, and managing waste disposal efficiently. We are looking for someone who is physically fit, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, including pots, pans, cutlery, and cooking appliances.
- Wash and organize dishes, glassware, and kitchenware according to strict safety and hygiene protocols.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the dishwashing area, food storage rooms, and workstations throughout the shift.
- Dispose of waste and trash in a timely and hygienic manner to prevent contamination.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and chemicals are stored and used safely and correctly.
- Assist the culinary team with basic food preparation tasks or inventory organization as needed.
- Adhere to strict hygiene and health and safety regulations at all times.

- Physical stamina and the ability to stand and work on your feet for long hours.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to high cleanliness standards.
- Basic understanding of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene principles.
- Ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

- Good communication skills in English (basic level is acceptable).
