Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the central kitchen and food preparation areas
- Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces according to sanitation protocols
- Assist with dishwashing and proper storage of kitchen items
- Dispose of waste and recyclables properly
- Support kitchen staff during peak hours as needed
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to supervisors
- Assist with inventory and stock rotation of cleaning supplies
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a similar cleaning or stewarding role preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Basic understanding of English or Bahasa Indonesia
